 Again the quest for the beautiful women is over…many talented and gorgeus women from different countries come to compete for the title…"Ms. Earth"

Ms. Earth…Ms. Air…Ms. Water…and Ms. Fire really did their best…they had the eye of the judges…who knows it maybe from the beauty that they have…but Ms. Philippines proved us wrong…the pageant wasn't all about beauty, it is a search for the intelligentt women who truly cared for our Mother Earth.

Miss Chile Hil Yesenia Hernandez was crowned Miss Earth 2006. The final coronation was held in an open-air affair at the Agrifina Circle in front of the National Museum ( Manila, Philippines ) and was telecast live by ABS-CBN.  Miss Earth Air was Miss India Amruta Patki. Miss Earth water was  Miss Philippines  Catherine Untalan and Miss Earth fire was Miss Venezuela Marianne Puglia and was also awarded best in swimsuit.
